RETURN POLICY
For parcels with visible damage to the packaging upon delivery by courier, we recommend that you refuse to receive them. The parcel will be photographed and a report will be drawn up with the representative of the courier company specifying the state of the parcel.
The consumer will have to bear the cost of returning the products in case of withdrawal. The amount returned to the consumer will only be the amount of the product, not the delivery costs for receiving the product + returning the product.
The withdrawal period, in which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, expires after 14 days starting from:
- (I) the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products, in the case of a sales contract or
- (II) from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of a contract regarding multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately.
The additional costs represent any costs (transportation, delivery, reduction of the value of the products resulting from manipulations, other than those necessary to determine the nature of the qualities and functioning of the products, postal taxes or of any other nature) to be borne by the consumer when exercising the right withdrawal.
Return policy SMART RETAIL SRL applicable in the online store for consumers (natural persons)
SMART RETAIL SRL offers its customers the product return service according to the legislation in force and the internal policy.
The return of the products is made through the courier company, pickup from the delivery address.
The reimbursement of the amounts is done as soon as possible but no later than 14 calendar days from the transmission of the buyer's intention to cancel and the physical receipt of the products at the work point, without any additional expenses (eg: commissions) apart from the direct expenses of returning the products that will be deducted from the price paid (costs related to the courier service are not refundable);
The refund of the collected amounts, if the consumer does not want another product, will be done as follows:
- By bank transfer, those paid by bank card and/or OP (in case of requesting the return at a later date of the sale);
- By submitting to the bank the request to cancel/redo the transaction, if the payment was made with a bank card (if the products are returned on the same day when the payment was made or in all cases where the products were purchased with payment in installments - with credit card).
